Export Readiness: Priority will be given to companies with international certification, operational capacity for consistent supply, and an export-ready English-speaking team with a clear market strategy.

Q1: Who should represent the company?
A1: We require decision-makers (CEOs, Owners, or Export Directors) to participate. This ensures that any partnerships discussed can be acted upon immediately.
Q2: Is there a registration fee for Phase I?
A2: No. The training during the digital preparation phase is fully covered by the project organizers for the 100 selected companies.
Q3: Is there a participation fee for Phase II?
A3: There is no fee to join the mission for Ukranian companies SMEs. However, participants must commit to financing their own travel and accommodation in the Netherlands. A no show fee may apply.
Q4: How do you choose the final 20 Ukrainian businesses for the mission?
A4: Selection is based on engagement during Phase I training, the quality of your video pitch, and your company’s overall export readiness for the Dutch market.
Q5: My English is below B1 level, can I still apply?
A5: The program is highly interactive and relies on direct B2B negotiations. A B1+ level is mandatory to ensure you can learn, exchange experiences and negotiate without a translator.
Q6: What is "Experience Ukraine"?
A6: It is a curated mini-fair during the Deventer mission. You will have a dedicated space to physically showcase your products, allowing Dutch partners to sample and evaluate your quality firsthand.
